Meet the Staff
As CEO of Orona Security Services (OSS), Mike is familiar with the challenges clients face in hiring a good security company. Mike began his career in public safety at the age of 18. Mike has held leadership roles in various security companies all while learning the do's and don'ts of protecting clients. Additionally, Mike has worked for the Los Angeles Police Department, U.S. Marshalls, and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
While raising a family of 6, Mike has continued to advance in his field by earning B.S.I.S. and law enforcement instructor credentials, while also graduating with a degree in Criminal justice from San Diego State University. Being a native of Southern California, Mike believes in treating customers like family instead of another dollar sign.
